Shipping Policy
At REEF Panama, we want you to receive your products quickly and safely, wherever you are in the country.
- Coverage: We ship to the entire national territory, including Panama City, central provinces and remote regions.
- Delivery times: The estimated delivery time for Panama City is 2 to 5 business days. For the rest of the country, the delivery time is 3 to 7 business days. Please note that there may be additional delays during special promotions or holidays.
- Shipping costs: Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout, based on your location and the total order amount. We offer free shipping for purchases exceeding the minimum amount indicated in the promotions section.
- Order processing: Orders are dispatched Monday through Friday (excluding national holidays), once payment has been confirmed.
- Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number and instructions for tracking it online.
- Delivery and conditions: For security reasons, delivery is made only to the order holder or the authorized person indicated during the purchase process. If the product cannot be delivered after two attempts, our team will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
- Shipping issues: If any problems arise (damaged product, loss, or significant delay), please contact our customer service team and we will do our best to resolve it quickly.
